Execution-based consumer projects focused on relaunching

Working through the backlog of usability improvements

STAKEHOLDER  CRUISE

1. Trip Itinerary

BACKGROUND

The current bottom sheet was not built in a scalable way. This leads to inefficient use of screen space and results in the omission of key, helpful information about the trip.

THE CHALLENGE

As we expand our service, it's clear that multi-stop trips are a highly requested feature, yet our current UX falls short in supporting them.

How might we: provide users with an intuitive way to stay on top of and in control of their upcoming trip?

2. Pullover Recommendations

BACKGROUND

Riders are confused about where they can be picked up and frustrated when things change. Our AVs cannot predictably pullover in the agreed upon location with 100% certainty.

THE CHALLENGE

We need to help riders stay up to date on AV decisions when things change and be able to communicate these changes as we become aware.

How might we: Help users pick the best pullover spot for their trip
